At Vansh Enterprises, we have a very easy & hassle-free return policy.
In the event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and exchange policy allows for you to return it within 7 days of its delivery.

Refund and Cancellation
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase. In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy
For Cancellations please contact the us via contact us link. Requests received later than 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.

Refund Policy
We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients. In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.


How to Return a Product

 

Runwithtrendz Return and Exchange Policy offers you the option to return or exchange items purchased on Runwithtrendz within 7 days of receipt.
If you choose to exchange the item for reason of a mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However, an exchange is subject to the availability of the item in our stock.


The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy

1.    For reasons including hygiene, we do not accept returns of briefs, panties, or shapewear panties, or an opened box of a lingerie set that includes panties.
2.    cosmetics, socks, deodorants, perfumes, fashion accessories, and hair accessories cannot be exchanged or returned.
3.    Mittens, Socks, and Wrist-Bands cannot be exchanged or returned.
4.    Cash cannot be claimed against gift cards and reward points.
5.    No item that has been sold as part of a multipack can be returned as an individual item.
6.    Items bought under discount during sales or special promotions, rewards points, or using credit coupons or promo codes cannot be returned.
7.    Once we receive a returned parcel, we reserve the right to refuse the return of items that show visible signs of having been worn, washed, or soiled.

Only self-ship returns are allowed for such items, the pickup facility will not be available.

All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with.
1.    Only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size.
2.    Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an Exchange by our logistics team.
3.    In case you had purchased an item that has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the item, a maximum of      Refunds/Free item MRP will be debited until the satisfactory receipt of all free gift(s)/offer item(s) that are shipped along with it.
4.    If you choose to self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.

The value of the credit coupon will be equal to the final amount paid by you (after discounts) at the time of purchase.

How to Refund a Payments

Once we receive your return or the seller notifies us of receipt of return, as the case may be, a refund is issued to the original payment method (in case of pre-paid transactions) or to your bank account / as Amazon Pay balance (in case of Pay on Delivery orders).
